Ever so slightly hazy golden and soft, pear coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall pure white head with a little bit of bubbles that all fade quickly. Aroma of super soured and tart fruit notes with a ton of lemons, limes, coconut and a good dose of brine and a light hint of malt and graham crackers. Light-bodied; Very soured and tart coconut and key lime flavours dominate with a lot of soured notes along with a big tropically bite and some guava and even light passionfruit notes, at least in terms of acidity. Aftertaste shows some salty, briney and almost savoury bite with a lot of coconut, lime and flowers are all around the edges with a nice bite and pungency, at least in terms of fruits. Overall, a nice and very flavourful beer with a lot of coconut, key limes, lemons and especially the brine coming out - all strong and pungent throughout. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 30-December-2020 for US$6,64 sampled at my house here in Washington on 17-May-2021.
