From a 330ml bottle on 10/4/2019. Pours a clear medium golden with a medium head. The nose is slight - a bit herbal an grassy, with a hint of fruit. Taste wise, you get biscuit malt and citrus sweetness, finished of by a firmish, resiny hops which linger. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Straight forward, but clean and enjoyable.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has earthy pine and grass with notes of grain and biscuit backing. Flavor has light grass and growing pine with earthy grain and a touch of biscuit underlying.

Schooner on tap at Hotel Newtown. Golden bronze beer with foamy white head. Hoppy, fruity nose. Surprisingly light body. Bitter/sweet with a clean finish. Nice IPA, really easy-drinking.

Bottle. Clear amber with a 1/2" white head. Bread crust and fresh cut pine aroma with kumquat peel and minor tropical notes. 7+ Medium bodied, carbonation is just on the low side if moderate. Seems quite sweet with bread crust and tropical fruit but resinous bitterness grips soon enough and leaves pine and tenor register citrus at the end. A little old fashioned perhaps, but pretty good. Not as good as the old (long discontinued, at least in bottle) IPA was when fresh.

Tap at the Richmond brewery. Poured a crystal clear golden amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, grassy citrus, pine, barnyard. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry crisp piney, citrus fruit, woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
