A Hazy TIPA brewed in collaboration with Rivington Brewing.

We wanted to brew something big with Rivington Brewing, so a Hazy TIPA was the way to go. To capture the idyllic atmosphere of the beautiful Rivington village, Farmstead Dreams is dry hopped with some of our favorite earthy and funky hops: Motueka, Nectaron, Southern Cross & Galaxy.

There’s definitely a fruity side to it, but we wanted to lift the funk and the slight pepperiness with Soutern Corss and Nectaron.

Can ordered from Left Field Beer. Hazy medium orange. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has citrus - sweet with a tabgy sour streak. Peripheral spice. Flavourwise it's similar only the peppery spice is more prominent in with the tangy citrus fruit sweet and sour. Medium bodied. Creamy. Slightly pithy. Flat-soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice. An interesting Impy NEIPA.

340ml can bought as part of delivery from Raynville Superstore and drunk at home. Pours mid-gold, pretty hazy, only a small ring of white head. The big, boozy and almost-too-hoppy aroma is coddled somewhat by the notes of stone fruit, mint, pot, cantaloupe. Tastes very sweet, very boozy, with peaches, tangerine, melons. Weird almost milky aftertaste but I think I can live with that. Big body with very little carbonation. I approve.

440ml can. Murky yellow, thin white head. Aroma of grapefruit and lime, peaches, some dank herbs. Taste is the same, ripe tropical fruits, peaches, grapefruit and lime, herbal weedy finish with some peppery hop spice, and just a hint of the booze. Full bodied, smooth. Superb TIPA.
