Clean elegant WC, piney, grassy, touch of wheat. Layered, a slight floral note. Finishes very clean

16 oz. can in a trade with Clark, thank you. Aroma of grapefruit pith, yeast, and light herb. Flavor has a good amount of fruit, mostly grapefruit with a soft herb and pine like Betterness. Well balanced, and certainly easy to drink. Not in love with this hop combo, but it is well-made.

Can (3/25/25) shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Deeply hazy dark yellow with decent head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, scallion, bubblegum, grapefruit. Taste is strong grapefruit, pine, citrus, faint late scallion, musty, late base malt. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, dry, crisp finish as taste. Props (and high scores!) for complexity but don't necessarily love how they play off each other. Well made but not a pantheon beer for me. Probably the least well-loved 8.0 I've ever given!!!!

Canned 3/25/25, drunk 4/8/25.
Moderately-to-heavily hazy, deep bronze-brass-golden. Large, off-white head, dense, well-retained.
Light floral notes mix with a bit of pear, mild citrus and very mild toasted grain. Maybe a hint of soap? Some deeper peach and apple notes, likely a very fruity yeast character, with growing grapefruit as it warms and breathes.
Soft and malty with good attenuation. Peachy-grapefruit with ample but not-overdone bitterness. Despite the haziness, this one tends more towards a traditional IPA. Not just because of the Centennial-forward grapefruit character, but the toasted grain/biscuit also and the very high dryness. All that said, there's plentiful fruity yeast and excellent house water/yeast character and the beer is snappy, clean, balanced and flavorful.
