Pretty hazy, golden and straw coloured body with a nice, soft and short, single centimetre tall off-white head that fades pretty quickly. Aroma of bright oranges, a touch of grapefruit and a good deal of wheatie and oaty malts with an easy-going quality and some light lactose here, without any pungent hops or bitterness here at all. Medium-bodied; Very rich oaty and wheatie notes make this full of body, but not much pungency, and really no bitterness from the hops here, but some good orange flavours coming from that. Aftertaste shows a little candy sweetness with some tropical fruit notes and a dry grassy finish, but the orange and grapefruit flavours from the hops and especially the rich malty notes go through with a lot of papaya and melon notes at the end. Overall, a nice and enjoyable, super easy-drinking beer with a lot of body, a nice crisp and sweet hop note with some lighter tropical notes make this robust throughout. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Trader Joe's in New York (Union Square - 14th Street), New York on 03-December-2022 for US$3,75 sampled on the streets of New York on 03-December-2022 with my family at Christmastime.
