Hopped with Idaho 7 and Amarillo, this hazy DIPA has notes of citrus and pine while still maintaining a balanced hop bitterness and smooth mouthfeel.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to snifter.
Appearance: glossy bright orange color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney, citrusy & slightly mango-like hoppiness, light clean malts
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas together to a nice bittersweet juicy quality, finishes citrusy with the clean malts
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness, mostly restrained hop bitterness
Overall: a very nicely done NEIPA I would very much love to have again.

Pretty hazy golden coloured body with a straw glow and a nice off-white head that shows at a bit more than two centimetres tall. Aroma of bright citrus fruits, some oats and easy going wheat malts with a dash of candy sweetness and a good touch of fresh hop bitterness, but not much here, in the nose, at least. Medium-bodied; Rich wheatie and oaty notes dominate with a big touch of honey and syrupy sweetness with some flowers and citrus here as well without any real perceived bitterness and only a touch of dryness from the hops, quite nice and very new school here. Aftertaste shows a lot of citrus and oat components without any real bitterness or pungency, this is all pretty nice and easy-drinking, especially for the alcohol content here, which seems around 5%. Overall, a pretty nice, super easy-drinking and new school IPA with a lot of fruity (citrus) flavours, a pungent and rich oat and wheat backbone, but more syrupy and sweet notes than anything else. Nice to sample, very fresh from a bit further North I sampled this sixteen ounce pint-sized can purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 26-November-2022, canned 25-July-2022 and sampled while on the train to New York on 01-December-2022 with my wife and kids.
