This is a crisp deceptively crushable IPA
Can description:
Skyrocket takes flight from a launchpad of American Pilsner malt and Flying Horse extra fancy rice and Swiss Lager yeast, creating a platform for a nuanced hops combo of Motueka Cryo, Cascade T-90, Mosaic Dynaboost and Motueka SubZero Hopkief to shine.
Combining a dry fermentation style with a West Coast steam beer fermentation profile, Skyrocket's balanced blend of Cascadian and New Zealand hops bring forth a subtle sweetness and a vapour trail of pineapple and bright citrus for a crisp, deceptively crushable IPA that soars to new heights.

Stupid big can. Pours gold with moderate head. Aromas of limes, pine, resin, and biscuity malts. Flavors follow same with slight bitter finish. Quite nice but the big can for a a rather high ABV DIPA is stupid; minus points.

Poured from 568mL can (pkg Feb 13, 2025). Clear gold with small white head. Soft resin hops with feint underlying tropical notes, simple biscuit malt and rice base. Everything blends nicely.

568mL can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has bright piney and grassy hops, with light biscuity malt. Flavour has a nice resinous hop oiliness, light pine, and just enough sweet biscuity to back. Oily, resinous finish. Good balance and construction. Very good.
