Nillerzzzzz is our barrel-aged, vanilla bean, double stout. We selected a Woodford Reserve rye whiskey barrel, a Woodford Reserve bourbon barrel, a Eagle Rare bourbon barrel, a Wild Turkey bourbon barrel and a Rockfilter whiskey barrel for this blend. Four of the barrels aged for seventeen months and one for twenty four months. Our extended aging process fosters a warming spirit character, rich malt layers, oaky vanillin, and a thick luscious mouthful. We conditioned the blend on freshly scraped vanilla bean caviar from five different growing regions. This years blend sourced from Tahiti, Sri Lanka, Uganda, Ecuador and Madagascar. Blended to enjoy with your most adventurous friends.
