Nillerzzzzz is our barrel aged vanilla bean double stout. Fermented in stainless before aging in rye whiskey and bourbon barrels for 15 months. Our extended aging process fosters a warming spirit character, rich malt layers, oaky vanillin , and a thick luscious mouthfeel. We condition the blend on freshly scraped vanilla bean caviar from five different growing regions. Blended to drink now with your most adventurous friends and family members. Vintage 2019 Blend #2 differs from Vintage 2018 Blend #1 as it is a bit richer and has a distinct rye barrel character blended with a sweetness from the bourbon barrels. The body is thicker and more viscous with a more restrained fusel alcohol character. The vanilla beans in blend #2 are from Madagascar, Uganda, Tahiti, Tonga and Papua New Guinea.

0,75l bottle at home during Charity Tasting. Black color, no head. Smells bourbon, vanilla, spices, lovely smell. Full body, no carbonation. Tastes bourbon, vanilla, spices, nutty, wood. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of bourbon, vanilla and nutty notes. Very nice one, bit on the heavy side, but very good

Rated at Brewskival 2024 - The Grande Finale. Intense with vanilla notes, barrel, syrup, bourbon, chocolate sauce and cocoa, hints of syrup and earthiness. Quite a lot of vanilla here.

Thanks Virby44 for sharing the 2020 vintage! Solo cup showing pitch black with sparse latte colored foam.

The nose shows intense sweet notes of caramel and light bourbon.

The palate is well carbonated and full bodied. Lightly sweet with forward burnt notes of barrel and a balanced bourbon background. Light alcoholic burn with a strong bitterness on the finish.
