An Antipodean hop dyad that keeps you coming back for more. This beer screams out in resinous Galaxy aromatics from your glass, with plenty of peach, passion fruit and tangerine to boot. Nelson Sauvin provides depth, with notes of white grape and sweet summer hay. A light body holds up against the hops but supplies a smoothness and suppability that belies the ABV - this is a real drinker of a DIPA.

Can from HOTM at home. Deep hazy to cloudy golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are pine and fruity citrus. Slight dank. Full creamy body.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting rocky whipped head. Aroma is semi sweet, tangy orange, tangerine, wheat, mixed citrus, jammy, juicy, midget gems. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, creamy wheat, spicy citrus, waxy, orange creamsicle, apple, pear drops, Palate is semi sweet, firm bitterness, Nice.

Nose is ripe tropical fruits, papaya, pine resin, mandarin, guava, stone fruit.
Taste comprises orange pith, mandarin, lychee, hop spice, pine resin, melon.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close punctured with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a light rising boost.
Solid.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Crisp cooling pine. Lightly savoury broad spectrum hoppy fruits. A touch of skunky soft grape on the back end along with a mild hop spice. Light and semi dry finish. Just a good all rounder this one. Makes the best of 2 hops that were so very different a decade+ ago.
