On tap at Little Island, pours a red-tinged black with a medium tan head. Aroma brings out briny notes, like I'm drinking an oyster stout, with light toasted malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with medium toasted malt, a hint of cocoa, and again those briny notes. Decently constructed, but nothing special.

Self pour at brewpub. Black beer with thin creamy head. Nose of dark chocolate and dry cocoa.
Smooth light mouthfeel, minimal taste. Finish is bitter with late fruity sourness. Understated stout but all beers in Singapore are served very cold so more flavour may appear as it warms. But who lets a beer get warm in Singapore?

Keg at Little Island, Changi Village, Singapore. Very dark brown, rich, creamy head. Rich aroma of chocolate and coffee. Dry with light-medium body and creamy, rounded mouthfeel. Lots of chocolate and coffee. Mid bitter finish. Well made, pleasant and quaffable.

Tap at the Changi Village brewpub. Poured a murky dark brown with a frothy light tan head. The aroma is roasty caramel malt chocolate coffee liqourice. The flavour is moderate sweet light liqourice bitter with a dry roast, liqourice hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
