Taster at the Brewery in Boerne, TX. Crystal clear yellow-gold color with a small white head. Bright malt and light yeast aroma. Like the aroma, has a bright lager flavor with very little yeast flavor. Clean, with a crisp mouthfeel. Very smooth and very easy drinking. Medium body and high carbonation. Low bitterness.
