pours a dark copper color with light head and lots of suspended chunks which looks like protein coagulation, as opposed to sediment. Aromas of sweet caramel malts (possibly rice) and dried fruit. Flavors of sweet caramel, muddled fruit and soft toasted malts.

Are almost our malt, spice, something I can't place and maybe rice. Flavors are similar to nose, sweet, tart with a little bitter. Tastes a little like homebrew. Mild carbonation and okay body.

Bottle. Was mine mislabeled? Because mine didn’t pour red at all, more like a cloudy yellow. w/mild fizzy head. I can taste the rice and the sourness.

Old rating from 2012 - 330ml bottle, pours caramel colour with a white creamy head. Aromas & tastes of oatmeal, lemon, honey, hints of spice & malt. Medium body. Crisp grainy finish.

Реально необычное и интересное пиво. Если бы я не пробовал Сяке то не понял бы прикола. Уже в аромате реально ощущаешь те самые нотки помацаного риса как в Сяке. На вкусе тоже самое, плюс солод сам, возможно немного карамели и травянистости. Интересно.

330ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange amber with a medium, foamy, short lived, off-white head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma of grainy red rice, Belgian yeast, tart strawberry, grapefruit and herbal hops. Sweet flavour of grainy red rice, tart strawberry, Belgian yeast, honey and floral hops in a dry, slightly alcoholic finish. Medium body with a sticky, oily texture and soft carbonation. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Amber- red in color with a medium head. Aroma is red rice? (I don't know what red rice smells like). Taste like red rice, maybe.

light red/pink pour with a pink head. Aroma of sour ricey startch, and wet grass. Flavor is starchy and sour, this beer looks better than it tatstes.

Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di orzo e riso. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato prevalgono impressioni di miele, crosta di pane, cereali, riso, un accenno di resinoso, erbaceo, agrumi, arancia, cuoio, terra, caramello, salsa di soia e anche sentore ligneo.
