A Belgian-style witbier brewed with a melange of herbs and spices including coriander, basil, orange peel and chamomile. After fermentation we added orange juice to boost the tropical citrus flavour profile.

Tap at the Hanoi Brewpub. Poured a hazy straw colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical fruit. The flavour is acid sour with a crisp dry tart fruity grainy palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

A hazed blonde wit with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, curacao, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light curacao, banana esters, cloves, light citrus pulp, OK. On tap at Hanoi location.
