Vegas outpost, September, still chugging. Spiced, dry, sharp wood, half sweet lots of pepper. Spicy, lingering prickly pepper heat, light astringency, soft spice that's noticeable & probably the cedar. Thin, slight sweetness, bit of house acid, lovely dry malt. End is the always on black pepper heat. Lovely.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Draft at the brewery. Crystal clear lighter bronze color with a small off white head. Very pretty pour. Pretty good caramel malt flavor. The 5.9% ABV is fairly hidden. Decent lacing. A pretty standard Oktoberfest beer.
