Himitsu Beer x Bia Kichi Oshi no Bitter 5% English Bitter Murky reddish brown pour with a wisp of off-white foam. It’s got a nice plum and mild caramel aroma but not at all sweet seeming. Medium to light bodied with a raspy carbonation and a touch of a dry finish. If on cask it’d be closer to the real deal. The flavor profile is definitely in the right ballpark, tobacco leaf, plum, bitter caramel. It paired well with the complimentary desert of a sweet bun of bread.
