Enticing and quenching golden I.P.A. with waves of jammy tropical hops, balanced by a lingering bitterness.
Bursting with bold notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and a touch of pine, it's a taste of pure Aussie sunshine. The harmonious blend of Cascade, Galaxy, and Eclipse deliver a wave of jammy tropical hops and a balanced lingering bitterness.
Malts: Pale, Munich, Crystal
Hops: Cascade, Galaxy, Eclipse

Can. Deep gold. Pine needle nose. Much sweeter than I expected. Plays off ok against resin, but a bit more bitterness would delight.

(Can) Pours cloudy (and I left plenty of sediment in the can) amber with small white head. Restrained pleasant fruity piney aroma. Nice palate - medium body with great carbonation. Nice hoppy IPA. Some tangy fruit at start but quiet restrained. Nice biscuit malt with peppery hoppy bitterness build in the mid palate with that peppery hoppy bitterness staying on for a long finish. Very drinkable.

Nose shows caramel, piny and spicy hops, light grapefruit. Heavy malt.Flavours include more caramel, lots of resinous and piny hops, and an assertive bitterness. Some melon notes too. A bit of a metallic note in the finish.

Can 375ml (BB 20.06.2018). Hazy orange colour. White head with delicate lacing. Aroma is light hoppy with sweet, tropical fruits note and small, toast-malty note behind. Medium to medium plus, citrus bitterness, intense, aggresive but short in time, delicate astringent, very nice. Medium body, delicate malty but light in overall, quite refreshing and drinkable.

Can at Slow Beer, Fitzroy. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, grassy citrus notes. The flavour is moderate bitter with a malt, resin, woody hop bitter, light fruit palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can. Hazy gold with a large white head. Slightly shy aroma of peach and biscuit, with some mandarin and a little pine. Light bodied, slightly creamy. Soft sweet biscuit, some fruit but a lot more pine than suggested by the aroma. Pretty strong bitterness. Interesting, slightly disjointed. More bitterness than aromatics from the hops. Maybe this one would be a grower.

375ml can into shaker. Huge ring-pull takes the whole top off the can! Pours a murky bronze like caramel sauce. Big solid foamy white head. Quite subdued nose of nutty, earthy hops. Surprisingly light body and a little fizz makes for easy drinking. The finish is long and complex alternating between herbal, fruit and earth notes. Malt is present but could be more pronounced. I’ve liked the other beers I’ve tried from this brewery but this one....not so much.
