Hop Kotan Brewing Step by Step IPA 6.5% 68 IBU Clear gold with a copper tint and thick foamy head. The aroma is peppery citrus and pine while it’s got a medium body. Medium bodied and dry, the taste is crisp clean west coast ipa, well balanced.
