Kyoto Beer Lab Blueberry Cheesecake 4.5% IBU 12 Awesome deep purple red color in this one. Very soft aroma, light bodied and dry with a nice sour acidic fruit. Berry for sure, the blueberry is subtle but it’s a solid beer. The cheesecake in the name is due to the lactose and 30% oats in the grist. Ap 5 Ar 7-8 t 8 p 4 o 13-4
