Tap at Kurashiki Kura Beer Tei. They told me it was a hybrid beer. A clear copper color with a minimal head. Apparently this is some kind of hybrid beer and I’m guessing it is a sake-beer hybrid as the flavor is full fruity rich sake, lemon aroma and malts. Quite a well done beer that is fairly full bodied and full of flavor.
