Tap at Beer De Luxe, Fed Square, Melbourne. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a broken white head and some broken lace. The aroma is dry, yeast, apricot citrus. The flavour is acidic, citrus fruit, light, crisp, dry bitter yeast, woody hop. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. A pretty good taste profile and one of the few Saisons I could drink a lot more of.

On tap at Beer DeLuxe. Pours pale gold. Mango, passionfruit, pepper, bread, good saison spice, nice bitterness. Tasty.

Pours gold with a large head.Nose shows heavy saison notes, some tropical fruit, guava and lychee.Heaps more fruit as a flavour, fitting in with the dry frinish and farmhouse notes.

Certainly not a classic saison and lacking the funky complexity of the best of them. Tropical and citrus fruits dominate the aroma. The hops are very bitter in the mouth with limited flavour, and there’s some yeasty aftertaste. Just OK.

Bottle. Hazy gold with a loose white head. Aroma of passionfruit, melon, lychees, light dough, pepper. And so it tastes. Light bodied, medium carbonation. Not very sweet with melon and tropical fruit, lowish bitterness and slightly brusque coriander and pepper at the end. Pretty good.
