Kyoto Beer Lab Anniversary IPA 7% 65 IBU Matte orange gold with a creamy head of off-white foam that lingers. It has a fragrant hop bouquet with nice dry hop mosaic notes. Medium body, raspy carbonic bite and a bitter dry finish. On first sip you get peach, stone fruit and loads of hoppy goodness. As you keep going a piney hop bitterness enters the picture but it’s well balanced by the malt character. Very satisfying.
