Oriental Brewing Winter Ale Spice Ale 6% 18 IBU Amber brown and made with cinnamon and ginger. Candied plums up front with soft cinnamon. The soft medium body has a more aggressive sweet apple cinnamon flavor. All in all pretty good. Ap 4 Ar 8 t 7 p 4 o 12 2021 version is now: Oriental Brewing Winter Ale 7% 880¥ @ their taproom in Kanazawa Station. A pretty hazy amber color with a wisp of beige foam and light spicy fruit cake aroma. Medium to light bodied but a touch too gassy/dry for me. Otherwise it’s a lovely winter brew with light spicing and fruit notes.
