Stout impérial brassé en collaboration avec la Ferme Agroforestière des Cantons dans lequel nous avons incorporé leur sirop d'érable de début de récolte 2024, ainsi que du biscuit Graham. En résulte un stout particulièrement sirupeux aux notes de tire d'érable, de caramel et de marzipan rappelant la tarte au sirop d'érable.

A deep dark stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light maple syrup, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, maple syrup, alcohol warmth, light woody notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at L'autre oeil.
