Broadway draught, 7/22/25.
Gentle haze. Rosy-amber. Small, off-white head.
Bright, tart raspberry and good juiciness with solid malt to balance (honey and graham cracker). Moderate, fairly-rounded lactic acidity doesn't seem overdone and there's no acetic.
Juicy and tart with raspberry and malt balancing one another as an earthy and floral, gently sweet, residual honey flavor emerges. Much more enjoyable and easygoing/comforting than being blasted by clovey-spicy fermented honey character. Lingering oak and wine with a bit more honey filling in the gaps. Acidity from culture is well-aged and controlled.
