On tap at Ibaraki Bakuon. Ichijoji Sumomo (Plum) Ale 5.5% A fairly typical Ichijoji cloudy/milky orange-gold pour. The aroma is tart plums and bready honeyed malts. Med-light bodied with a lightly tart candied plum flavor, some astringency and honeyed bready maltiness. Alright.
