Tasting set at the Shirokita Park Fest. Yama Budou is a mountain grape fruit beer that pours a purple-pink kind of like a watery purple Kool Aid. The nose is grape juice, the taste as well with a very light malt character. The same abrasive carbonation as the pils. Think a seltzer grape juice. Not at all beer like but refreshing.
