Introducing our second collab beer for this Fridays Collabageddon launch, brewed with the boys at New Bristol Brewery!
Simon and Hugo drove up to Bristol early last month to spend a day brewing a seasonally inspired sour beer. We sought out to showcase the great blackberry season that we've just had, and to spark some nostalgia of Autumnal afternoons spent collecting blackberries along thorny hedgerows at home. Think of your Mum's best winter berry crumble, but in a beer.

Smooth, sweet and comforting.

This beer is vegan friendly!

Bottle split on 832/813 to Stanhope, thanks to whoever cracked this one open, 05/04/2025.
Ribena red topped with a crimson cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is red berry fruits, hedgerow, herb, lactic notes.
Taste comprises mixed berry pips, bramble berry twang, herb, damp straw, lacting pang.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering edge.
Okay ... would have liked a more pronounced sour bite to it.
