Double dry hopped farmhouse ale
Brewed with our farmhouse ale yeast and a double dose of Hopsteiner hops, this ale celebrates untamed spirit. Light yet complex, it dances across your palate with wild unpredictability. A sessionable exploration of controlled chaos—crisp, slightly funky, with a hop profile that bites just enough to remind you that monsters come in many forms.

473mL can. Pours murky dull blonde with a white head. Rustic yeast and bugs on the nose, a touch citrus. Flavour has rustic yeast, light bugs, citrus. Quite full-bodied with a prominent malt character. A bit muddled and yeasty, but still pretty good.

Opaque, pale, quite bitter, a touch estery. Mild pale malt. Good balance. Pretty good.

473ml can. Pours a hazy blonde with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that laces nicely. Aroma of pale malt, lemon, peach, funky yeast and herbal hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, orange peel, cantaloupe, black pepper, funky yeast and floral hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing, but just ok.

473 ml can. Pours a hazy gold with moderate head. Aromas of melons, pithy lemon, subtle farmhouse and sharp wheaty malts. Flavors of earthy yeasts, pot and sharp wheaty malts with a bit of citrus and melon. A low end hazy farmhouse…

Poured from the tap @ The Drake. Hazy yellow with small white head. Slightly muted stone fruit hops over a soft farmhouse base with a semi aggressive dry melon hop finish. Doesn’t totally come together, but it’s okay.
