This version of our Woodstock Pilsner, brewed with a portion of Connecticut-grown malts, features a unique hop blend to enhance its extended conditioning. Following primary fermentation, natural carbonation has been slowly integrated via traditional spunding techniques, culminating in one of our crispest lagers yet. Pouring a radiant straw-yellow hue, it greets the palate with hearty malts, noble spice, and subtle notes of honey-crusted bread, all balanced by a snappy effervescence and an exceptionally clean finish. Undated four pack from the brewery drunk over the course of a few months, most recently on 7/16/25.
Unfiltered haze, brass-golden. Med-white head, low retention.
Brilliant white grape, sourdough, mineral and honey with big fresh herb on the finish. Very aromatic and clean.
Soft, malty, lots of honey, sourdough, fresh cut grass and fresh herbs. A bit of black pepper lingering. Excellent texture, balance, attenuation. Just a real joy to drink, the least of which being its full, satisfying body for a pils.

From backlog. 0,473 litre can, shared at a birthday party. Golden with white head. Malts, hops, yeast, grain, sweetness, nice pilsner!

Can pour at the "No two styles alike tasting" from trade with ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Lightly hazy bright yellow with light sparkle, thin head and nolacing. Aroma is strong Pilsner malt, honey, florals. Taste follows aroma but florals are a bit more perfumey. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste.

16 oz can from the source. Bread and hay aromas. Crisp with lemon and sourdough front to back. Medium length earthy finish. Low hop element with a lot of bread. Somewhat crisp in texture. Solid enough for the style.
