Draft at La Source, Brussels, 11th September 2025. Pours a light yellow haze. Aroma is tropical and citrus fruits, taste is assertive, punchy, tropical and citrus, medium bitter

Cloudy light yellow beer, creamy bit irregular white head, unstable, falls down quickly, a little adhesive. Aroma: a bit dank, fruity notes, some mango, apricot, a bit of sulphur, something weird and dirty, citrus notes, a floral touch, a bit piny, not very convincing really... MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty fruity, strong bitterness, sweet touch, rather soapy, a bit unpleasant. Aftertaste: unripe melons, soapy bitterness, a little fruity, more melon, not very good...

Dorée, pâle, col blanc.
Arôme est frais, chargé en houblons - hopbag, aneth/dill et ce Soarachi qui domine, petite note de poudre d'oignons, effet un peu 'old school' malgré l'apport de haze, finement herbacé avec une pointe de résine du Mosaic.
Palais reste sur une version solide de DIPA, héritant déjà de La Meute classique. Ici, le Sorachi est bien présent avec ce caractère sompteux d'aneth, rondeur de bouche avec l'avoine, pointe de résine avec un soutien versant sur les agrumes. Buvable et pas trop dominée par l'effet de 'haze'.
