Wingfield have brought out another banger ready for the summer! Made blending 80% Comice Pears from the 2022 harvest with 20% Dabinett Michelin Apples from 2021 harvest and 12 months elevage. Both hand pressed and wild fermented in Wingfield, Suffolk.

31/5/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma is perry pear, citric, funky, pineapple cubes. Super tasting perry, nice citric sharpness. Very nice.

750ml bottle from Clapton Craft. For #rgpm. Hazed yellow gold colour, white foam head that retains and aroma of pear, funk, minerals, citric. Taste is sweetish and tart, peary, fleshy, pineapple, fruity, funky and with some lemony acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying citric acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
