17/10/2022. Can at the Melbourne Skydeck, enjoyed 88 floors above the City streets, with great panoramic views out over Melbourne and much of Victoria. As for the beer, it poured almost clear golden with a frothy white head, had a citrus, grassy, grainy aroma, was medium sweet and had a crisp finish. Decent enough pils.

Schooner on tap at Foresters, Collingwood. Clear amber beer with a thin white head. Malt forward nose, a little grain. Full bodied and viscous, good lacing. Very malty for a Pils, any grain is only noticeable late in the finish. By that score it's an atypical Pils but it's drinkability is high.

Tap at the Catfish Melbourne. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, yeast, light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light watery metallic hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Pale straw gold with a white head that collapses to an inch. Aroma of (bubblegummish) peach, mandarin, lemon syllabub, peppery leaves. Almost creamy texture is nice but given how fruity it is it needed to dry out more and have much more bitterness. But pleasant enough.
