It Must Be A Camel is our next sumptuous DDH Pale. A whole heap of hops is providing the story, Mosaic and Citra offering their dank selves to add to the already creamy mouthfeel. Then to balance, Simcoe and Chinook offer up light stone fruit flavour that make this a full-bodied yet endlessly enjoyable pint.

Keg at Cloudwater. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Slightly sour citrus and maybe a little pineapple and a little savoury something on the semi dry finish. Mild bitter linger. Odd as its name!

Pours murky pale milky yellow gold with fluffy lacing around the glass. Almost buttery aroma, citrus notes, blueberry, malt, grain notes. Really soft and pillowy mouthfeel. Really like this but having trouble describing it.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 09/04/2025.
Hazed orange topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is bread dough, bitter orange, putty, grass, light dank tones.
Taste comprises perfume, pine needle, grapefruit, grass, melon, papaya.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy pale if running of on a bit of a herbal tangent.
