Panda thanks to Danlo: Poured an orange coppery with fast dissipating head. Aroma is citric acid, apples, perfume, leather. Taste is fresh cut apple, acidic, tannins, finishes dry.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orangey gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of apple, earthy, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, fleshy, with some core and citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
