A bit hoppy for a lager.

Tap at the Boilermaker Home, Melbourne. Poured a clear light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is lager malt grassy fruity hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light grainy malt, fruity dry fruity hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

500ml bottle(bottled 9 days ago) into shaker. Aroma of passionfruit, grass, ’juicy fruit’, touch of vanilla. Hazy yellow beer with solid white head. A few tiny bubbles ascend. Light body, taste is flat and hollow. Finish is nutty, salty, weak fruit cordial. Flavour becomes more rounded as it warms, not sure this is a good attribute for a lager but it certainly adds interest. Hoppy and atypical lager.
