Can Dark almost black colour with medium head.Aroma is roasted and toasted with flavour of dark drid fruit and pine even citrus and of course coffee good and tasty blend nice overall.

473ml can. Sligthly cloudy, dark brown colour with ruby shimmer and average, frothy, osteoporosing, moderately lacing, off-white head. Resinous, piney and slightly citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, minimally roasty, malty background, hints of pine, orange, grapefruit, some lemon, some coffee. Taste is slightly perfumed, citrusy fruity and slightly piney, resinous hoppy, slightly bitter, roasty, dark malty with low residual sweetness, notes of lemon, grapefruit, some coffee, orange, mandarine, roasty and zesty bitterness.
Minimally oily, watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Not much Black IPA character tracing back to the malty basis, the (scantily added) coffee lends just a bit more; overall pretty much a West Coast IPA - not fully convincing.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear dark brown with a large foamy tan head. Aroma is citrus/pine with some coffee. Med body or so. Malty. Somewhat bitter. Dark malt and coffee. Rather interesting and tasty flavor. Can't pin down any hop other than citrus. Maybe some pine.
