Uvařit pivo z čerstvého chmele můžeme jen jednou do roka, v době sklizně. Takže si to opravdu užíváme a dáváme mu náležitou péči - v našich ležáckých tancích jsme ho nechali s láskou zrát přes 200 dní. A abyste si tenhle speciál mohli vychutnat (skoro) jako u nás ve sklepích, rozhodli jsme se ho nefiltrovat.
Tak ať chutná!

From tap @ Slovensko pije pivo in Pezinok. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is deep gold, light hazy. Aroma is nice fresh hoppy, bit bready. Taste is medium malty base, nice fresh hoppy, light bready, nice balanced harmonic bitterness, medium carbonation, very drinkable, enjoyed for sure.

Tap at Slovensko pije pivo, Pezinok. Golden color with thick white head. Aroma of ready malt, moderate Fresh herbal hops, grassy notes. Taste starts bready malty, quickly followed by moderate portion of noble hops. Medium long hoppy bitter finish. Nice.

Tap at PBF 2005, thx Gurthnar! Clear golden body, white head. Really doesn't look unfiltered - but it is. Sweetish malty aroma, low herbal hoppiness. Soft taste, herbal, fruity touches, cleanish maltiness. Budvar in very good shape, cleaner and vaguely more herbal than it usually is. Which isn't a bad thing unless you crave bitterness. Likable!

Tap at PBF. Slightly oldish by this time, but still definitely with a more pronounced hops character than original version and also definitely better than the canned version of either. Pretty clean, tasty, quite good lager this one.
