Bottle. Appearance is murky amber, with a solid creamy beige head of 1-2 fingers which lasts well. Aroma- citrus fruit, hops, berry fruit, malty, more fruit. Taste- smooth malt, juicy citrus fruit, bready malt, soft hop bitterness, smooth and thin finish. Very easy drinking.

31/5/2018. Cask at the Dog & Rabbit, Whitley Bay. Pours dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is herbal, hoppy, fruity, malty, biscuity and slightly earthy. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, slight thin texture, soft carbonation. Dry, biscuity finish. Not bad!

Cask at the Greyfriar, Reading. A bright golden amber pour with a thin white head; malty aroma; thin and watery in the mouth with some toffee and sweet biscuits. Seemingly totally lacking in hops, Cascade or otherwise.

Bottle from the Real Ale Warehouse. Pours clear amber with a short-lived thin white head. Malty and nutty aromas, light orange and spice. Taste is woody, light bitter, astringent malt. Started well...

Cask @ Southampton Arms, Gospel Oak NW5. Pours a pale amber color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grassy citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grassy hoppy flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty grassy hoppy finish.

Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Clear dark brown lasting beige head. Very drinkable in mouth. Some earthy hop finish Ok.

Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is malt, light fruit woody hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a smooth malty lemon citrus big woody resin hope bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask-conditioned at the Little George, Stroud 18/3/2017. Deep amber in colour with a slight, off-white, head. Malty bitter, with some hedgerow fruits, orange peel, citrus hops, and a moderately bitter finish. Good.

Cask at Crown & Anchor. It pours hazy amber with a decent bubbly off-white head. The aroma is earthy, pine, resin, brown bread, earth and light caramel. The taste is bitter, earthy, wood, resin, leather, peppery spice, grapefruit peel and brown bread with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Not bad.
