Can online from The Natural Grocery Store. Pours a hazy amber red colour with a huge foamy off-white head. Aromas of caramel, fruit cake and berries. Taste has more notes of caramel, fruit cake and berries with an added hint of nuts, citrusy orange and peppery spice. Very mild hop on the sweetish finish. Medium to full body, low carbonation and smooth slightly sticky mouthfeel. Very good tasty beer especially for the low abv.

Third of a gravity dispensed pint at the Kidderminster Beer Festival on 6th November 2021. Light 'farmyard' aroma and dirty tractor taste (not that I lick tractors anymore). Off-white head, misty golden body, this didn't do justice to the Cascade hop (which I assume it's named after).

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - golden to amber. Fluffy white head. Nose - red and orange fruit. Generally cakey. Taste - brown bread, going into cake. Burnt bread finish. Palate - close to medium bodied. Roasty middle and finish. Overall - decent example of the style.

Many Thanks for this Red Ale to Jacek Wigier (wineofdreams@gmail.com). No moje wrazenia sensoryczne sa wyraznie mocne w odbiorze. klasyczny Bitter bardzo gorzki, wyglada z minimalna niemal zerowa piana, barwa ciemno bursztynowa, klarowna. W smaku stary karmel, przypieczone wafle, i taka mocna sciagajaca wytrawna chmielnosc, piwo bardzo malo slodowe, dobre.

Way too much Fortified Wheat for the style. Very average to be honest. Not great.

Thin rocky off white head left a spotty cover on a mahogany coloured still body. Malt, demerara, red berries & spices aroma. Medium bodied soft over the tongue with a light clean back. Sweet berries, sweet citrus, spices & dark sugar to the fore with tangy, bitter citrus finish.
