On tap. Pours a pale gold with light head. Aromas of lemons, Riesling, and sharp wheaty malts. Flavors of lemons, viognier grapes with that subtle asparagus thing going on and softer but still sharp wheaty malts. Seems a little thin, but guess the intent is to be closer to a wine than a beer…

16/X/24 - on tap @ DOK Brewing Company (Gent), BB: n/a (2024-1134)
Clear light yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, very fruity, lots of white grapes, is this the Johanitter grapes I’m smelling? Sweet impression, nice stuff, some orange peel, a little oxidised. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity up front, white grapes, juicy, lemony, lactic acid, nice! Aftertaste: nice, a bit lemony, fruity, a little sweet, malic acid, fruity, soft bitterness, grassy, decent!
