Our interpretation of a Mai Tai cocktail in sour form! Loaded with orange, pineapple, like, mint and coconut. This cocktail-inspired sour brings out all the fruity-sweet flavors of one of our favorite tropical libations, and washes it down with a refreshing + cooling minty sensation.

Cinnamon-orgeat sorta vibes. Quite malty or sweet. One of those.
Tropical with plentiful coconut, pineapple and nutmeg or allspice character. Soft and lightly sweet but not syrupy or under attenuated. Ends with pineapple, spice and good acidity. Little no lactic character.
