750mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma is super bright on the apricot, with gentle acidity and a wonderful barnyard funk. Flavour is complex as hell, with super bright, juicy apricots, light-to-moderate acidity, and medium barnyard funk. Wonderful incorporation of the apricot with the usual expert funky blend. Lovely.

Hazy, apricotty sort of colour. Thin head. Bright stone fruit aroma with light brett and a hint of barrel. On the palate, the soft pale malt, big bright fruit, a decent acidity that seems to combine some of the stone fruit influence and some from the fermentation. Very good.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2023 vintage). Hazy slightly orangey gold with small white head. Tart apricot and feint yogurt notes, not picking up the red wine barrel, decent, but the yogurt notes throw it off a bit. Still quite decent.

750mL bottle. Pours hazy dull gold with a white head. Tons of apricots, musty fruit skins, mildew on the nose. Flavour has tart apricots, mildewy old upholstery, lots of must. Great complexity and the integration between the apricots and the musty lambic-style funk is excellent.
