Fruitful Pursuits: Peach 2023 is a blend of 1, 2, 3 & 4 year Mixed and Spontaneous fermentation barrels, refermented on specially chosen Angela Peaches for 2 months.
Fruitful Pursuits Peach 2023 is a blend of Spontaneous and Mixed Fermentation barrels, refermented on organic Angela Peaches chosen specifically for our beer by Steve & Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit. The concentrated peach aromatics and subtle herbaceousness evoke characteristics of classic white wines, complemented by a texture that is reminiscent of fuzzy peach skins. The bright acidity enhances the juiciness of the fruit and light tannin. We hope you like it!

750mL bottle, pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Nose has fairly subdued peaches, moderate funk, some earthiness, hay, and light acidity. Flavour has lightly-to-moderately juicy and moderately acidic peaches, very subdued funk, and some hay. Not the most complex funk at first, but it opens up as it decants, and the juiciness also improves. Very nice.

Dull peachy colour. No head. Brett, barrel and peach on the nose. Medium tartness, punctuated by peachy juiciness. The brett slides in there as well as some tannins. The peach is clean, decently bright. Not Floodland bright, but nothing really is.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy blonde gold with almost no white head. Juicy unripened peaches so lower sweetness with nice aroma, some mild tannins from the skin, a nice easy-drinking sipper.

750mL bottle. Pours a murky dirty golden blonde with not much head. Musty, juicy peaches, and mildew on the nose. Flavour has musty mildew, mothballs, earthy funk, and a juicy peach character. Great depth and funk, continues to improve as it warms up.
