Flirtatiously tart and undeniably smooth. A tantalizing fusion of bright raspberry and classic witbier charm. Pours a hazy blush pink, crowned with a pillowy white head. On the nose, ripe raspberries take center stage, mingling with whispers of citrus zest, coriander, and delicate wheat spice. The flavor? A perfect balance—soft malt sweetness meets vibrant berry tang, with a playful kiss of effervescence that keeps things light, crisp, and refreshingly irresistible.

Draft at Ashland locale post run. Softly purple looking brew. Nose is nice raspberry and wheat not artificial smelling at all. Tatses gain of bright raspberry, wheat, some citrus and florals. Soft palate. Not too sweet which is appreciated. Fruity finish.

5 oz draft. Soft raspberry aroma. Flavor is mild wheat backbone with a soft raspberry cough syrup aspect. This base Wit bier is a bit different. A lot of coriander comes through for me.

Ashland draught, 4/13/25.
As pictured.
Light, bright, juicy, lightly sweet, lightly floral raspberry. Really well-extracted/expressed.
Soft, juicy, with chewy bland wheat and goof dryness and biscuity notes balancing the fruit sugar. Low but appropriate acidity and a soft, chewy, deep texture. Was dreading getting this but they nailed it and made it enjoyable. Not too sweet, not too acidic, but also not skimping on malt or raspberry. Great balance and flavor.
