Located behind the flower market in Hanoi we sought inspiration from the daily bombardment of scents to our Boston IPA from here.
So we bring you "Flower" in Vietnamese, an aromatic beer scented with Dragon's Nail. Not bitter, not to scented, just a nice beer with one of the many scents of Vietnam.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin lacing creamy white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light mineral notes, light citrus, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity biscuit malt with with herbaceous hops, light grassy notes, OK. On tap at 100 Garden location.

On tap at Furbrew, pours a cloudy muddy yellow brown with a small white head. Aroma brings out a strange herbal hop character and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is very earthy and muddy, with dirty hops and toasted biscuity malt. Way too dirty and muddy. This doesn't work.

Tap at Biacraft, District 3, HCMC. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is caramel malts, butter toffee fudge, tropical fruit. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth rich fruity malt palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
