When Omnipollo and Brujos meet, beer magic happens. We follow up The End and The Beginning with The Middle, a creamy TIPA brewed with Citra, Nelson, and Riwaka — a hop triptych that blurs the line between dream and reality. Between chaos and harmony, The Middle emerges. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery on Sturegatan 41 in Sundbyberg, Sweden.

(Draft at Beer Merchants Tap, Hackney Wick, London, 30 May 2025) Cloudy yellow colour with brief head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, pine needles and peaches. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, pine needles, resin, stone fruit, white bread and a generous citric/piney bitterness. Full body, quite sweet. On the strong and sweet side, but quite hoppy and tasty. Nice one.

On tap at Kihoskh Bar, pours an opaque, milky yellow with a small white head — looks fucking awful. Aroma is full of egregious hopburn; seriously, this is truly awful hopburn. Flavour is even worse, with disgusting hopburn, chalk galore, and stone fruit pith. Something must’ve went wrong here. This is even worse than usual chalky hazies. Garbage.

On tap at Rbabarrab. Pours opaque pale yellow with a white head. Citrus pith, yeast, and hop burn on the nose. Flavour is a complete clusterfuck of yeast soup and hop burn with some orange pith sprinkled on top. This is an abomination.
