Bottle split at CCV, thanks to John, Cotteridge Wines 08/06/19. Very light haze on a pale golden yellow pour with a decent just off white head. Nose is grass, pale malts, modest citric load. Taste comprises grass, lemon rind, herb, toasted malts, cereals. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent refreshing pils.

Flasche im Hotel in Da Nang. Klares Gold-Gelb, etwas fester Schaum, Aroma: Getreide, etwas Zitrus. Geschmack: Wenig Bitter, Getreide, fruchtig.

Bottle at Cotteridge Wines V Ratebeer event; clear yellow pour thin off white head, aroma has crisp malt, taste has some grass, citrus and crisp malts.

Cotts 2019. Standard for the style... at first wasn't sure why I wrote no noted and then realised why... 8 had nothing to add. Sweet Pilsener.

Tap @Hair Of The Dog, Phrom Phong, BKK. Nearly clear light golden, thick white head. Malty aroma, light citrus notes, slightly bready. Malty flavour, light citrus and mild, dry hoppy bitterness. Nice pils.

A golden pils with a thin white head. In aroma, interesting perfumy mix of biscuit malt, fruity esters, German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with light citrus pulp, German hops, lightly resinous character, light mineral notes, very nice and smooth. On tap at Tap House, Hoi An.

On tap at Heart of Darkness, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light grass and clear biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, with light grass and crisp crackery malt. Clean and with a decent bite. Solid stuff.

Tap at the Ho Chi Minh brewpub. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, light grassy citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light crisp, refreshing woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draft - Skunky grains. Clear gold with a decent white head. Soft big grains and a decent bitterness.
