Deceivingly strong, with aromas of bold bouquets from the Belgian yeast and unique blend of hops, we present to you our Modern Belgian Blonde. Malts provide a strong foundation, while balancing the medley of pilsner, pale, and wheat hops. An infusion of Vietnamese palm sugar provides a contemporary twist to this Belgian classic.

Near clear golden orange with a white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, malt, herbal notes and light fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. If I blind tasted this I would say it’s Leffe Blond.

Siste planke på East West sammen med Kitty mars-19: lett uklar gylden med ok skum. Deilig aroma og smak med krydder, stall/høy, mild citrus og antydning til dragefrukt. Mersmak.
