Sweetish-malty, gently yeasty-spicy, a bit fruity-floral aroma of banana, clove, honey and light pear. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and a little fruity-floral taste of banana, clove, grains, honey and light pear, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Interesting one, very much resembles a Hefeweizen, not surprising, of course, looking at the list of ingredients.
